SAIL – Steel Authority of India Limited is one of the leading manufacturers of steels in India. The Training Center of SAIL is located in Ranchi which caters training to personnel of major locations such as BSP – Bhilai Steel Plant, RSP – Rourkela Steel Plant, DSP – Durgapur Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Plant. YASKAWA conducted one-day training at SAIL – MTE Ranchi for their Electrical Consultants team from major locations. Key Learning activities from the training were

• Explore the knowledge on product features and Selection criteria.
• Harmonics and Regenerative solutions
• Energy saving application along with Special Regenerative products of YASKAWA
• Three level PWM technology and Matrix topology drives of YASKAWA.

The Training was inaugurated by Mr. H. K. Mohanta – Chief General Manager (Elect. C&IT, C&C, RM, PC&A). Training program was conducted for full day from along with Workshop. Training was conducted by Mr. Pradeep kumar A (Sr. Manager – Technical support) and Mr. Chandrabhan Chandraker (Territory Manager – Sales & Service East). There were totally 20 participants of which majority of them were Electrical Consultants from Dy. Manager to General Manager on various Locations of SAIL. Technical Quiz was conducted at the end of session for individual evaluation of the program which was an interesting part of the program. The training evaluation along with the feedback session was conducted by Mr. Jagadisha Arora – Executive Director of SAIL CET.
